Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SignalFlow at signalflow.fyi (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use SignalFlow. By using the Service, you confirm both. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What SignalFlow Is

SignalFlow is an automation tool. It reads trading signals from Telegram channels you choose to connect, parses them into trade instructions, and forwards those instructions to your connected broker accounts (MT4, MT5) via MetaAPI. That's it. We don't generate signals and we don't choose channels for you. You set your risk and configuration. Where you switch on automated signal modifications (see Section 8B), instructions published by a channel you've connected can also act on your open positions — but only for the features and channels you've explicitly enabled, and you can turn them off at any time.

3. Not Investment Advice

SignalFlow does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, financial planning, brokerage services, or any other regulated financial service. We are a software tool. Every signal copied through the Service originates from a third-party Telegram channel that you, the user, chose to follow. We make no representation about the accuracy, profitability, suitability, or legality of any signal or signal provider. You are solely responsible for evaluating signals and channels before connecting them.

Channel statistics

SignalFlow may display statistics about the signal channels you follow. How they are produced determines what they can support, and you should understand this before relying on them.

Two different sources, never combined. Figures labelled announced are derived from messages a channel operator published; we have not verified them against market data. Figures labelled your account are derived from orders SignalFlow placed for you and the results your broker reported. Figures shown for your account are drawn from your own account only, never aggregated with other users’ results.

Announced figures may be incomplete. Channel operators decide what they publish. We apply criteria before repeating an announced record — including whether it contains any losing outcomes to check the winning ones against, and whether it is consistent with results observed in accounts we manage. Where a channel does not meet those criteria we do not display its announced statistics. Declining to display is a statement about the evidence available to us, not about any operator.

Sample sizes are shown and are often small. Every figure is presented together with the number of signals it is based on. Small samples are not reliable indicators.

Your configuration limits what can be measured. If you take profit at the first target, your account cannot show whether a later target would have been reached. Statistics about later targets therefore rest on a channel’s announcements rather than on your own results.

A win rate is not a profit. Wins and losses are not the same size. A channel can reach its first target more often than not and still lose money overall, which is why any hit rate we show is accompanied by the profit or loss of the trades actually placed in your account.

Your configuration is your decision. You choose which channels to follow and how SignalFlow executes their signals, including how many targets to use, how position size is divided, and where stops are placed. SignalFlow executes the configuration you select. Channel statistics are provided for information only; see sections 3 and 4 above.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading forex, CFDs, futures, crypto, and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance of any signal provider, channel, or strategy is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. By using SignalFlow, you accept full responsibility for all trades placed on your accounts and all resulting profits or losses.

5. Your Account and Responsibilities

6. License to Use the Software

SignalFlow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for as long as your subscription is active and these Terms are in effect. We retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the codebase, parsing logic, UI, branding, and documentation. You don't receive ownership of any of it. You may not:

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) probe, scan, or test the security of the Service; (b) overload the infrastructure with excessive automated requests; (c) use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or commit fraud; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with other users' use of the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

8. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Plans

Current plans are Starter ($13.99/month), Pro ($19/month), and Lifetime ($179 one-time payment), plus any applicable tax. Pricing may change for new sign-ups, but existing subscribers keep their original price unless we say otherwise in writing.

Two ways to pay

You can pay by card or in cryptocurrency. They work differently, and the differences matter, so we spell them out below.

We never receive or store your full card number; card details are handled by Whop under its own terms.

Free trial

New users get a 3-day free trial. The trial runs on the card rail: you enter a card through Whop's secure checkout to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged for your first month — or your Lifetime purchase — when day 3 closes. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing (see Cancellation). Paying in crypto instead does not include a trial — a crypto invoice is charged immediately.

Renewal

Card plans renew automatically. Each month, Whop charges the card on file until you cancel; Lifetime is a single charge that does not renew. Crypto plans do not auto-renew — crypto cannot be charged on a schedule, so before a crypto plan ends we email you a link to pay the next month. If you do nothing, access simply ends on its date. We email you before any card renewal as well.

Cancellation

Card plans: cancel any time from the Manage Subscription link on your Billing page, which opens Whop's customer portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Crypto plans: there is nothing to cancel — no card is on file, so just don't pay the next invoice.

Refunds

If you're unhappy with a payment, email us within 7 days of it and we'll refund it, no questions asked — this applies to monthly and Lifetime plans, on either rail.

After the 7-day window, that payment is non-refundable — but since crypto never auto-renews and card plans can be cancelled any time, you are never locked into a charge you didn't want.

Disputes and chargebacks

Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed — the payment rails have no chargeback mechanism, so for crypto your protection is our 7-day refund promise above. Card payments can be disputed through Whop and your card issuer in the normal way, in addition to that promise. Either way, please email support@signalflow.fyi first — we would much rather fix a fair problem directly than have you out of pocket.

8A. Card payments and Whop

Card payments are sold and processed by Whop as merchant of record. For card transactions Whop is the seller of record, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles the card data and any card dispute. Your card purchase is therefore also subject to Whop's buyer terms and privacy policy. Your use of the SignalFlow service itself remains governed by these Terms.

8B. Automated Signal Modifications and Risk Settings

SignalFlow can act on your open positions in response to instructions published by a channel you've connected — for example, moving a stop loss, editing a take-profit, or closing part or all of a trade. These automations are off by default. They act only where you switch them on, feature by feature and channel by channel, and you can switch them off again at any time in Settings.

The liability limits in Section 11 apply in full to any outcome of an automated modification or a risk level you configured.

9. What "Lifetime" Means

The Lifetime plan grants access for the operational lifetime of the SignalFlow product, not the lifetime of any individual person. If we choose to discontinue the Service, we will give Lifetime customers at least 6 months' written notice (by email) before shutdown, and we'll make a reasonable effort to provide an export of trade history before the Service goes offline. Lifetime does not entitle you to features that are later moved to separately-priced higher tiers, but we'll make a good-faith effort to keep the core copying functionality intact for Lifetime users.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Signal execution depends on the availability of Telegram, MetaAPI, your broker, network conditions, and market hours. We are not liable for missed trades, delayed fills, slippage, broker rejections, requotes, or any other execution outcome resulting from factors outside our direct control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Read this carefully — it caps our liability to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Where a limitation can't be enforced, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SignalFlow (and its operator, contractors, and agents) harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damages, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights — e.g., your broker's terms or a Telegram channel's rules); (d) any trade executed on your account through the Service; (e) any tax or regulatory obligation arising from your trading activity.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, engage in fraud, or create legal or operational risk for us. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive (no logins or signal activity) for more than 12 months. On termination, your access ends immediately; we'll process any earned-but-not-yet-delivered refund per Section 8.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service on or after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, cancel your subscription before the effective date.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalFlow regarding the Service and replace any prior agreement on the same subject.
